$23/hr - $25.55/hr | Full-Time and Part-Time

What You'll Do:  

• Provide daily personal care support to residents including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene  
• Follow resident care plans and complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care 
• Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support  
• Assist residents during mealtimes and with mobility and adaptive equipment 
• Build meaningful connections with residents and work collaboratively with team members 
• Communicate resident preferences to other staff for seamless care and experience and report any changes in resident status to nursing as appropriate

What You'll Need:  

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Must be 18 years or older (required) 
• Current and active New Jersey CNA certification or enrollment in New Jersey CNA program (required) 
• Experience working in long-term care setting preferred, but not required
