Benefits Manager

Beacon Hill Staffing Group

A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Benefits Manager to own and elevate its U.S. benefits function. This is a newly created, high-impact role offering the opportunity to build, streamline, and enhance benefits programs across a growing organization. This is an individual contributor role working a hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the full lifecycle of U.S. benefits programs, including strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization Lead end-to-end open enrollment, including planning, communications, system coordination, and execution Serve as the primary point of contact for all benefits-related matters across the U.S. population Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and external vendors, ensuring strong performance and accountability Partner closely with Payroll, Finance, and HR to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency Design and deliver effective employee communications and education to increase awareness and engagement Support benefits-related processes including leave administration (e.g., FMLA) Develop and execute a forward-looking benefits roadmap aligned with organizational growth What We're Looking For 5-7+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration or total rewards within professional services Strong background in managing end-to-end benefits programs, ideally in a stand-alone or highly autonomous role Experience overseeing programs for a mid-sized employee population (approximately 500-1,000 employees) Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and broker relationships, including involvement in renewals Bachelor's degree required Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
