Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a pre‑litigation attorney to serve as a Pre‑Suit Attorney in our growing Cincinnati, OH office. Responsibilities Day-to-day handling of all pre‑litigation work Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval Guide clients through the case process Drafting and filing of pre‑litigation documents Complete TD approval for liability issues Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages Manage the release approval process Manage a team of 6‑10 Case Managers Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily premises liability. Drive compliance and KPIs among the team EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements This role reports to the Pre‑Suit Operations Manager. Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing with the OH State Bar Association 2+ years of personal injury experience Ability to manage high volume of pre‑lit cases Excellent client service and communication skills Strong leadership skills Self‑starter driven by long‑term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Desire to become part of a trial team Benefits Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
