About the Role:
As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our post-acute care unit, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care in a compassionate and supportive environment. You will lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure that our patients receive the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise a team of LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
Develop and implement effective staffing plans and schedules to ensure optimal patient care and staff satisfaction
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and clinical standards
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance patient care and unit operations
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to reduce readmissions and improve patient outcomes
