Job Description and Salary ArentFox Schiff is seeking a junior to mid-level real estate associate to join the 3rd to 5th year class of the healthcare group in its New York or Washington, DC office. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of experience representing clients in a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development projects, financing transactions, management agreements, and general real estate due diligence. Experience with health care transactions is a plus. The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $240,000 to a maximum of $305,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate's overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.
