Compensation: $365,000–$435,000/year + Excellent Benefits

Direct Counsel represents a leading Am Law 100 firm seeking a talented Mid to Senior-Level Real Estate Associate to join its highly regarded New York Real Estate practice.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with sophisticated, top-tier clients on a diverse range of complex real estate transactions both in New York and nationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
• Handle a broad range of matters, including:
  • Real estate joint ventures
  • Real estate finance
  • Real estate development
  • Acquisitions and dispositions
  • Commercial leasing
• Manage significant responsibilities and complex transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with clients and attorneys across the Firm to develop effective, practical solutions.
• Manage challenging workloads while maintaining a high level of client service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of substantial real estate experience at a well-regarded law firm.
• Significant experience in one or more of the following areas: joint ventures, real estate finance, development, acquisitions/dispositions, or leasing .
• Strong career progression and experience handling sophisticated real estate matters.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High degree of maturity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
• Willingness to learn, take on significant responsibility, and work collaboratively.
• Strong client-service orientation.
