Join our team supporting 2nd and 3rd shift operations, where you’ll keep sophisticated production assets running safely and efficiently. You’ll be the on-the-spot expert who prevents breakdowns, shortens downtime, and ensures every machine performs at its best.

Pay Range: $25 - $40, depending on experience

Training occurs on 1st Shift; you must be available to work 1st Shift until training is complete.

A day in the life

• Begin with a review of open work orders in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and prioritize preventive and predictive tasks.
• Move from line to line inspecting, operating, and testing equipment—catching small issues before they grow.
• Jump in to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical/electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic, combustion, and control system anomalies—restoring reliable operation quickly.
• Install, assemble, rebuild, and repair production machinery and facility systems, documenting work thoroughly.
• Collaborate with suppliers, lead contracting activities as needed, and contribute to project planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role supports a manufacturing environment that runs around the clock; availability for shift and weekend work is required. Holiday and emergency coverage are also part of the schedule.

What you bring

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years as a manufacturing maintenance technician, ideally with PLC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical and electrical repair experience.
• Bonus exposure: ultra-high vacuum systems; operation of man lifts (scissor and boom) and forklifts.
