Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain a trusting, therapeutic relationship with clients through empathetic listening and effective communication.

• Diagnose a wide range of mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each patient based on their circumstances.

• Conduct regular, structured therapy sessions with individuals and couples, providing a space for open dialogue about challenges and strategies for coping.

• Continuously assess and monitor patient progress, adapting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal care and outcomes.

• Lead group therapy sessions, promoting collective healing and shared experiences among clients dealing with similar issues.

• Refer clients to specialists if they require additional support or services outside of your expertise, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Document session notes and treatment progress in accordance with clinic policies and professional standards, ensuring comprehensive records for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. The clinic particularly focuses on those experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse issues, which often occur in tandem with other disorders. This role requires a heart for service and the skill to adapt your therapeutic approach to the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of direct clinical experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes:
