Located in Phoenix, AZ Pay: Base + Commission DOE Job Full Description Join Our Team as an Inside Sales Representative - SE Phoenix Office! We are excited to announce the relaunch of our SE Phoenix office! We specialize in providing top-tier staffing solutions to businesses across a variety of industries. Our mission is to connect talented professionals with great opportunities while helping our clients build strong teams. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. Position Summary As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting staffing and recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate enjoys building connections, thrives in a team environment, and has a customer-focused mindset. Previous recruiting or staffing experience is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through phone calls, email outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Understand client hiring needs and present customized staffing solutions.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure successful candidate placements and client satisfaction.
- Follow up with leads, maintain accurate records, and manage sales activities within company systems.
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates as needed.
- Meet or exceed sales and business development goals.
- Stay informed on local market trends and workforce needs.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and team-oriented office culture.
- Previous inside sales, customer service, staffing, or recruiting experience preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Team-player mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and clients.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
