Key Responsibilities: Delivering direct patient care, monitoring patient conditions, executing physician orders, and coordinating seamless communication among healthcare team members. Care Coordination: Leading discharge planning and assessing patient needs for successful recovery and continuity of care. Qualifications & Skills Valid RN licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing, BLS certification within 1 month, and Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire. Education: Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure. Skills: Strong clinical observation, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
