Role Overview Provides specialized nursing care in the Cardiovascular ICU, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes. Acts as the primary coordinator for interdisciplinary teams, delivering personalized care plans, and facilitating seamless patient transitions. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care adhering to safety and clinical standards. Develop, monitor, and adjust comprehensive care plans to optimize health outcomes. Coordinate holistic, continuous care through effective communication with healthcare teams. Assess discharge needs and collaborate on safe, efficient patient transitions. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient condition updates clearly. Qualifications & Skills Active RN licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing. Certification in BLS within 1 month of hire and Advanced Life Support within 6 months. Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
