Territory Sales Representative (TSR)
$50K-$70K Per Year + Performance Commision

PIRTEK Beaverton, the nation's leading provider of on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement services, is seeking an energetic and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to help expand its presence throughout Oregon's West Portland Metro region.

Working directly with the local franchise owners, you'll play a key role in developing new commercial relationships while supporting businesses that rely on fast, reliable hydraulic hose replacement services to minimize costly equipment downtime.

Primary Sales Territory Includes:

• Beaverton
• Hillsboro
• Tigard
• Tualatin
• Wilsonville
• Sherwood

Additional opportunities may exist throughout the surrounding West and East Portland south metropolitan area.

Position Summary

As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for growing PIRTEK Beaverton's customer base by developing new commercial accounts while strengthening relationships with existing customers throughout your assigned territory.

You'll spend the majority of your time in the field visiting customers, identifying opportunities, solving equipment downtime challenges, and becoming the trusted local resource for hydraulic and industrial hose replacement services.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B accounts throughout the Hillsboro to Oregon City  territory every day.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with construction, manufacturing, industrial, transportation, municipal, utility, agriculture, and fleet customers.
• Engage and nurture national account customers
• Conduct in-person sales visits to job sites, maintenance facilities, warehouses, fabrication shops, and industrial operations.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, trade associations, and customer introductions.
• Respond quickly to inbound sales opportunities and convert qualified leads into long-term customers.
• Identify customer equipment challenges and recommend PIRTEK's emergency mobile hose replacement, preventative maintenance, and retail hose assembly solutions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately document customer activity within the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with Mobile Service Technicians and Operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent PIRTEK professionally within the community while reinforcing our reputation for rapid response, quality workmanship, and outstanding customer service.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and account growth objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred
• Industrial, construction, manufacturing, heavy equipment, fleet, or technical sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven success prospecting, developing, and closing new business
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a field sales environment
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Experience

• Sales Strategy, Sales Process, Pipeline Building and Customer Prospecting
• "Opportunity to Close" lifecycle experience
• Experience selling to businesses within any of the following industries is highly desirable:
  • Construction, Manufacturing, Industrial Maintenance, Heavy Equipment, Fleet Services, Transportation, Public Works, Utilities, Agriculture, Marine, Material Handling, Food Processing

Role Compensation

• Base Salary: $50,000–$70,000 annually (DOE)
• Performance Based  Commission Strategy
• Company Vehicle or Mileage Reimbursement Program

You’ll primarily serve customers in Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Tualatin, Wilsonville, Sherwood, and surrounding areas.
