The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling manufactured products and packaging them according to specifications. This role requires meeting production targets while maintaining high quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties & Responsibilities: • Assemble machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, appliances, and related components following work instructions • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly documentation to build products to specification • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment • Maintain accurate production logs, maintenance records, and reports related to discrepancies or defects • Perform basic equipment and conveyor maintenance and minor repairs as needed • Inventory tools, parts, and supplies and coordinate with materials handlers for replenishment • Conduct routine quality checks to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate quality or production issues to supervisors • Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and a safety-focused attitude • Support production demands by adhering to scheduled hours, overtime requirements, and assigned break periods • Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements: • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred • Ability to read measuring tools and follow written instructions • Comfortable working in a fast-paced xmvmafu production environment • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed • Must be dependable and maintain good attendance • Steel toe boots required -Apply today using the link below to get started or come in and visit us. - Once applied call the office for more information or visit us for an interview if required.
