Why You'll Love This Role In this position, you'll be the driving force behind the successful implementation of engineering changes, ensuring new designs move smoothly from concept to production. You'll collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and business teams while leveraging SAP, PLM systems, and product configurators to keep critical product data accurate and effective. You'll have the chance to: Lead complex engineering change initiatives that impact multiple facilities. Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams across North America. Drive continuous improvement and help shape best practices for master data and configuration management. Work with advanced systems including SAP, Teamcenter PLM, and product configurators. Influence how products are designed, configured, and manufactured. What You'll Be Doing As our Engineering Change Specialist II, you'll: Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) from initiation through implementation. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure engineering releases stay on schedule. Serve as a key liaison between design centers and manufacturing operations. Maintain and enhance SAP product configurations and master data. Develop best practices, work instructions, and training materials. Support configurator design, testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement. Translate complex technical information into actionable business solutions. Monitor metrics and drive process improvements across the Master Data Group. What We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you have: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or another technical discipline, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in engineering change management, configuration management, or product data management. Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle management. Experience with SAP, Teamcenter PLM, workflow programming, and configuration management. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across global teams.
