Maintenance Technician

We are currently recruiting Maintenance Technicians to support the comfort and safety of tenants. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM Possible temp to hire for the right candidate.

Duties:

Respond to maintenance requests Inspecting apartment systems.
Identify repair or maintenance needs such as touching up paint or painting walls, mowing grass, pulling weeds or trimming bushes.
Documenting tenant work requests for repairs and maintenance records.
