There's never been a better time to join us!What can joining the One Hour team offer you?Competitive hourly pay plus commission on ALL products and services sold.Flexible work schedules and no on-call requirements!Top-of-the-industry benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, generous PTO and personal days, parental leave, 401k with company match, and more!Responsibilities:Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations.Effectively communicate these recommendations to customers.Perform services and repairs with a focus on technical excellence.Test each system after service or repair has been completed.Perform a proper inspection of the system.Effectively explain all services and repairs performed to customers.Accurately complete all paperwork and invoices.Provide customer leads to sales team.Qualifications:5 years of verifiable HVAC service experience required.EPA Type 1 and 2 required.NATE certification preferred.Strong communication and customer service skills a must!High school diploma or GED required.Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.Authority Brands conducts drug screens and background checks on applicants who accept employment offers.
