Desired Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders Valid Wisconsin state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP services in schools ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status Previous experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students with varied communication needs Conduct assessments, create and implement individualized treatment plans, and document student progress Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and lead SLPs to support student goals Participate in IEP meetings, sharing expertise and contributing to team-based decisions Manage your caseload efficiently across two nearby school sites with on-site mentorship Benefits and Perks: This contract offers a starting rate of $50+ per hour, determined by experience.
