If Beauty and Customer Relations are your passion, then this will be a great fit! Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the facility. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the team. Educate clients about our services and promotions, effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings. Assist in the sales process by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate services. Process payments and maintain accurate financial records. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming. Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to overall business goals. Handle client concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy. Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Zenoti scheduling software is preferred. A positive attitude and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry. Scheduling Requirements: Must be available to work 2-3 days per week including weekends Including weekends and Holidays.
