Position Overview
A major logistics and building supplies distribution site in Baxter, MN has an immediate opening for a full-time General Labor / Warehouse Associate. This position is ideal for individuals seeking steady full-time hours, regular day shifts, and strong weekly compensation. Working on the facility floor, you will utilize an electric pallet jack to move materials, stage inventory, and maintain continuous productivity in a structured logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Move and position palletized materials safely across the warehouse floor using an electric pallet jack.
- Organize inbound and outbound freight, ensuring products are properly stored and labeled.
- Execute general labor duties including clearing aisles, stacking materials, and securing loads.
- Collaborate with facility leads to maintain fast-paced order fulfillment and staging goals.
- Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines, wearing required PPE and inspecting machinery prior to use.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard criminal background check.
- Drug Screen: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Work Experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, or general labor capacity.
- Language Proficiency: Must speak and understand English fluently for safety briefings and operational instructions.
- Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs and walk/stand throughout the workday.
- Attendance: Demonstrated history of regular, punctual attendance.
