Transactional Paralegal

SBCS has partnered with a growing firm who isseeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transactional Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transactional law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company. Responsibilities: - Assist attorneys with all aspects of transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents - Conduct legal research and analyze laws and regulations relevant to client matters - Maintain and organize client files and documents - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in transactions - Prepare and file legal documents with appropriate courts and agencies - Provide administrative support to attorneys, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence - Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution - 3+ years of experience working as a Paralegal in a transactional law setting - Strong understanding of transactional law and legal terminology - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software programs - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for professional development and growth - A supportive and collaborative work environment - The opportunity to work on a variety of interesting and challenging legal matters If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for transactional law, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
