Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead and develop a high-performing sales organization focused on driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and member satisfaction. This role will oversee multiple sales channels, including call center operations, field representatives, and regional teams, while executing strategic initiatives that support organizational growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams across multiple channels and geographic regions.
  • Monitor sales performance, productivity metrics, and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and high levels of member satisfaction.
  • Partner with marketing teams to evaluate campaign performance and optimize sales results.
  • Collaborate with operational and technical teams to improve processes and support customer needs.
  • Manage sales forecasting, business planning, and performance goal tracking.
  • Oversee incentive programs, sales contests, and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Coordinate field events, regional meetings, and sales conferences.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, including Medicare-related guidelines and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing telephonic or call center sales teams required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within the health insurance industry, including Medicare and Medicare Advantage highly preferred.
  • Active Health Insurance Producer License required within first month of employment.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM platforms required.
  • Proven ability to coach teams, improve performance, and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, call center KPIs, and workforce management principles.
  • Working knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
