We are seeking an experienced and highly talented Senior Creative Designer - Brand & Market Communications to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and design execution.

The Senior Creative Designer is an experienced creative professional responsible for developing and executing high-impact visual communications across digital, print, video, social media, web, tradeshow, presentation, and environmental channels. This role combines creative ideation with hands-on design execution, partnering closely with marketing leadership to transform business objectives into compelling customer-facing and internal communications.

The position serves as a senior individual contributor, providing advanced creative expertise, influencing design quality and direction across projects, and supporting global brand consistency. The successful candidate is proficient across the full creative workflow, from concept development through final production, utilizing modern design, video, web, presentation, and AI-assisted creative tools.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and execution of creative concepts that support marketing, brand, and business objectives.
• Design compelling visual communications across digital, print, social media, web, video, presentations, trade shows, environmental graphics, and other customer-facing and internal channels.
• Partner with marketing leadership and key stakeholders to transform strategic goals into effective creative solutions.
• Ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all touchpoints and global markets.
• Create engaging visual storytelling that communicates complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Manage projects independently from initial concept development through final production and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality creative execution.
• Provide creative leadership and influence design quality across projects through expertise, collaboration, and mentorship.

Required Experience

• 7-10+ years of professional experience in creative design, marketing communications and branding
• Demonstrated expertise across print, digital, web, social media, video, presentation, and experiential design.
• Proven ability to independently lead creative projects from strategy and concept through production and launch.
• Deep understanding of branding, visual storytelling, marketing communications, and user experience principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Technical Skills

Experience with a broad range of creative tools and platforms, including:

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Presentation design platforms (PowerPoint and related tools)
• Web and digital content creation tools
• Video production and editing software
