Senior Specialist Production Planning Sched

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Specialist in Production Planning and Scheduling for its vision care operations in Puerto Rico. The role coordinates production schedules to meet customer demand, manages capacity planning, and supports new product launches while ensuring compliance and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and administer production schedules aligned with product demand and customer delivery timelines
- Analyze net requirements, forecasts, production capabilities, and capacity data to optimize planning
- Monitor work orders and production issues, escalating constraints related to materials or capacity
- Manage master data accuracy in planning systems and maintain data integrity for scheduling signals
- Lead supply and operations planning improvements and drive production KPI metrics monthly and weekly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, engineering, or operations
- Minimum 2 years supply chain, operations, logistics, or related experience
- Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (read, write, speak)
- Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Experience in capacity planning or finished goods and raw material planning preferred
- Experience in regulated pharma or medical device environment preferred
