Job Responsibilities Provides skilled therapeutic intervention and services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Follows all regulations and guidelines of facility, including compliance with confidentiality and HIPPA. Adheres to discussed scheduled hours and conducts itself in a professional manner at all times. Provides documentation of patient’s condition, and provides caregiver/patient education as appropriate. Regularly discusses patient’s progress with supervising Occupational Therapist and any concerns or guidance needed. Ensures safe treatment practices and monitors patient’s engagement and responses to treatment, modifies as necessary.
