What You’ll Do: Provide whole-person care management for children with autism or other developmental disabilities Collaborate with care teams, service providers, and families Work with families to identify needs and provide resources and support to meet those needs Submit referrals, manage authorizations, and monitor service delivery What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s or master's in human services (Social Work, Psychology, etc.) 2+ years' experience with Autism and/or Intellectual /Developmental Disabilities 2+ years’ experience providing care management, case management, or coordination to individuals with IDD/ASD Based in or near the Triangle area and willing to travel locally Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment Why You’ll Love Working Here: Mission-driven work with the opportunity to make a positive impact for individuals with autism and their families across North Carolina.
