Contract Talent Sourcer (4 months)-Build Pipelines & Outreach

HighTower Advisors, LLC seeks a Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in Chicago on a four-month contract. You will build candidate pipelines, conduct proactive outreach, and partner with recruiters to fill advisor-facing and corporate roles. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement (in-office Monday–Thursday, remote Friday) and an hourly pay rate of $35-$40.
