Sustainability Sales Architect

Location: Holzwickede or Bangkok Create and drive sales strategies by analyzing client portfolios, segmenting them by their sustainability readiness, and tailoring the approach for each group. Translate complex sustainability technical features into compelling, easy‑to‑understand sales narratives that directly address customer business challenges. Build a comprehensive sales toolkit and communication plan toequip the broader commercial team for success. Design and deliver training programs to upskill the sales force, ensuring they can confidently communicate our sustainable value proposition to clients. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them integrate new sustainable solutions into their supply chains to strengthen customer loyalty and satisfaction. Lead the sustainability component of RFQs, crafting competitive, high‑scoring responses that align Rhenus’s capabilities with customer sustainability targets and using frontline sales feedback to inform future product development. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rhenus SE & Co.
