- Production Operator - 2nd ShiftHot JobWashington Plant - Washington, IA 52353## OverviewSalary Range$19.00 - $19.50 HourlyPosition TypeFull Time## DescriptionJoin our manufacturing team as a **Production Operator** and become a vital part of our production process in **Washington, Iowa**. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring the smooth flow of production lines within a fast-paced, safety-focused environment committed to excellence and teamwork.**Duties*** Monitors equipment to ensure that product assembled properly.* Loads plastic material into extruder.* Cuts plastic material to specified weight.* Loads and unloads plastic material into large press.* Inspects final product to ensure they are up to quality standards.* Trims plastic tiles of excess flash.* Packs completed product and prepared for shipment.* Adheres to established safety protocols.* Ensures workstation is clean and free of hazardous materials.## Qualifications**Required Skills/Abilities:*** Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.* Excellent time management skills.* Strong work ethic.* Analytical and problem-solving skills.* Able to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.* Fluency in English, Spanish or French is required.**Education and Experience:*** One-year related experience required.**Physical Requirements:*** Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, carry, and manipulate various items.* Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force frequently.* Frequently required to stand and walk.**Schedule:*** 12-hour shifts 6p - 6a (2nd Shift)* 2-2-3 rotating schedule.
