Oorah/Kars4Kids is seeking an Applications Analyst to serve as a liaison between users and programmers. This role involves understanding workflows, improving systems, managing software requests, testing new features, and training staff.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze workflows and recommend improvements.
- Research new software and features.
- Communicate requirements between users and programmers.
- Test new features and bug fixes.
- Manage views, workflows, and permissions.
- Create training videos and documentation.
- Train users on new systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Technical background required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong computer skills.
- Comfortable learning and working with software systems.
