CDL Driver – Mobile Mix Concrete Operator

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dedicated and organized Mobile Mix Concrete Operator (CDL A or B) to join an established team in Bend, Oregon. This is a dynamic, high-impact role perfect for an experienced driver who enjoys operating heavy equipment, working outdoors, and delivering exceptional service directly to client job sites.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Enjoy weekends off!)
Travel: Local travel between client job sites only (No over-the-road hauling)

Position Overview

In this role, you will drive production efficiency by operating specialized mobile mix concrete trucks and heavy machinery. You will play a vital part in maintaining job site organization, execution of concrete mix designs, and building strong rapport with local clients on the ground.

️ Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation: Safely drive and operate the Mobile Mix Truck (CDL required) and handle front-end loaders to load/unload aggregate materials.
Production & Mixing: Manage mixer equipment settings to execute proper mix designs and material deliveries on-site.
Vehicle Care: Perform daily vehicle maintenance, inspections, and cleanings to keep the fleet in peak condition.
Logistics & Compliance: Keep accurate, up-to-date daily trip logs and record activity reports.
Customer Relations: Act as a key point of contact on job sites, providing clear communication and excellent customer service to clients and dispatchers.

Requirements & Qualifications

Licensing: Valid CDL Class A or Class B license is strictly required .
Experience:
- Proven experience operating a Front-End Loader.
- Minimum 1 year of similar driving or heavy equipment experience is preferred.
- A background in concrete production or residential/commercial construction is highly preferred.
Compliance: Valid Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Skills: Ability to use basic hand tools (shovels, etc.) and a willingness to adapt to flexible work hours when production demands shift.
