This opportunity lets you assemble quality products using hand tools, mechanical skills, and detailed work instructions while helping keep production running efficiently. Job Duties Solder electronic components, wires, and other parts onto printed circuit boards. Perform fine-detail assembly, including working with microcircuits under a microscope. Cut, strip, tin, and prepare wires to specific lengths. Insert contacts and crimp connectors. Route wires and assemble wire harnesses using ties, tubing, and other materials. Install circuit boards, modules, connectors, cables, and hardware into assemblies/chassis. Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, drawings, and manufacturing instructions. Perform visual inspections and continuity checks to ensure assemblies meet specifications. Make engineering changes to new and existing products as directed. Record production activity and transactions in the company’s computer/ERP system. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Experience Requirements Previous electronics assembly or soldering experience is preferred. 2+ years of soldering experience is preferred for some versions of the role. Ability to perform detailed work with small components. Strong attention to detail and quality. Basic mechanical and computer skills. Ability to read blueprints/drawings. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.
