As an Electronics Assembler at Microwave Products Group Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by providing quality electronic assembly / soldering skills necessary to ensure strong, reliable communications in the field.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Solder various electronic components, wires and other electronic parts to designated locations on printed circuit boards to IPC regulations
• Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes
• Incorporation of engineering change to new and existing products at board level
• Record activity into a database
• Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications

Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder))
• Soldering experience required
• Basic computer skills required
• IPC-610 certification preferred

Pay Range: - per hour Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
