Employment Type: 1st Shift • Full-time • Temp-to-hire

Schedule: Mon–Thu 7:00 AM–4:30 PM | Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Off every other Friday

A day in this role

Picture your morning: you review a new work order and spread out the schematic set. You walk the print, confirm materials, and stage components so the build will run smoothly. Through the day, you wire and fasten assemblies into enclosures, align back panels, and verify each connection against specifications. When something looks off, you correct it, document it, and keep the build moving. You wrap up by tidying your station to 5S standards—Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain—ready for tomorrow’s assignments.

What you’ll do

• Interpret schematic drawings, wiring diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports to determine materials and assembly steps.
• Assemble, position, align, and secure components to back panels and within enclosures using hand and power tools.
• Build electrical/electronic systems and supports; install components, subassemblies, wiring, and casings using hardware, soldering, or micro-welding as needed.
• Adjust, repair, or replace electrical/electronic parts to correct defects and meet spec.
• Align and set workpieces/parts to facilitate accurate wiring and assembly.
• Test completed assemblies when required to verify proper function.
• Identify and report faulty or unsafe components and conditions during assembly.
• Prepare surfaces and components to prevent damage during assembly and test.
• Report accidents, injuries, unsafe activities, maintenance needs, or mechanical issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols; uphold 5S practices at all times.

What you bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and specifications.
• Clear, reliable communication and consistent attendance.
• Quality mindset—minimal errors, initiative to solve problems, and a safety-first approach.
• Physical capability to remain stationary about 60% of the shift; lift up to 60 lbs (or up to 600 lbs with assistance).
• Comfort working around fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals; moderate noise environment.
• Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment.
• Thrives in a fast-paced setting with frequent reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, and kneeling; strong hand–eye coordination; able to stand for long periods.
