Crown Staffing is hiring Flex Operators for a projection screen manufacturing operation in Blue Ash, OH.
Flex Operator Job Details
Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate : $17.00 per hour
Location : Cincinnati, OH
Flex Operator Requirements/Qualifications

Previous manufacturing machine operation experience required
Experience in paper, pulp, textile, coating, or similar production environments preferred
Industrial manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Ability to inspect products and identify quality concerns
Ability to push, pull, stretch, and handle production materials during machine changeovers
Ability to work safely in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and longevity preferred

About the Flex Operator Role
As a Flex Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Operating and monitoring large coating and fabric-processing equipment
Inspecting coated materials throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met
Collecting product samples and documenting inspection results
Assisting with machine changeovers and production adjustments
Feeding and positioning fabric materials through machine rollers and coating systems
Working closely with other operators to resolve production or quality issues
Monitoring machine performance and reporting concerns to supervisors
