Financial Additions is working with a growing firm in Tulsa looking for a Director of Accounting Advisory Services. The ideal candidate is a leader who can successfully develop and manage a diverse team. You will solve client problems while providing exceptional service and help develop new business opportunities. Responsibilities Manages client relationships, resolve complex issues, and provide strategic financial insights. Coaches, trains, and support team members in client services, client relations, and technical professional development. Leads the CAS team to meet the firm's targets for utilization, realization, and billable hours.
