This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining accurate records, and supporting efficient business operations.Primary responsibilities include greeting customers and callers promptly and courteously, directing customers to appropriate departments for assistance, maintaining accurate filing of receipts and permits for easy retrieval, supporting team members by sharing knowledge and contributing to overall success, ensuring high levels of productivity, excellent customer service, and cost control, addressing and resolving customer concerns in a professional manner, maintaining reliable attendance and punctuality, operating with integrity and adhering to ethical standards, keeping the work environment neat, orderly, and safe, and performing additional duties as assigned by management.This is a full-time position with regular working hours.
