Complimentary Bartender to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons of the restaurant or lounge. Provide professional service and follow standard recipes to ensure established control systems are followed.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly welcoming and courteously serving guests
Comply with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies
Dispense alcoholic beverages and control service to ensure accordance with liquor laws and company policies and regulations
Ensure cleanliness of the bar
Perform side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, miscellaneous preparation, stocking, etc. Ensure all alcohol is removed from counters and tables prior to closing time. Complete closing duties
Performs any other job related duties as assigned

Requirements:

One year of previous experience as a bartender preferred
TIPS and ServSafe certifications required
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
