Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a clean work area.
- Complete equipment maintenance checks and uphold company quality standards.
- Perform machining operations per specifications and documented procedures.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment and monitor operations for non-conformances.
- Inspect parts for accuracy and quality, utilizing various machines and techniques.
- Assist with machining problems and set up proven jobs on CNC equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of machine shop experience.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in English reading and writing.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CNC machine code preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Conventional machining experience is a plus.
- Strong CNC Lathe skills preferred.
