Roles and Responsibilities Be part of daily operations on the construction site to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications. Read and interpret prints and assist plans to guide construction activities. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all crew members. Help train and mentor crew members in best practices for power line installation and construction processes. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and materials to ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with Foreman to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions. Required Skills and Abilities Proven experience as a Lineman within the Power line construction industry. Strong knowledge of Power line construction techniques and safety protocols. Ability to read prints accurately. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Excellent team skills with the ability to motivate team members effectively. Strong communication skills on the job site. #J-18808-Ljbffr Axis Power
