Certified Medical Instructor

Are you an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Instructor or a Registered Nurse (RN) with a background in teaching? Join our team as an instructor to inspire and guide future healthcare professionals in Certified Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, and EKG training. RNs are highly encouraged to apply and will receive additional compensation for their expertise. Position Highlights: Flexible Hours: Part-time with competitive compensation, including premium pay for RN-certified candidates. Dynamic Curriculum: Teach essential skills in medical assistance, phlebotomy, and electrocardiography, blending hands‑on training with academic instruction to meet high industry standards. Supportive Environment: Contribute to a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom, fostering collaboration and a commitment to patient care excellence. Responsibilities: Develop or follow an approved curriculum and syllabus for each semester. Conduct engaging lectures and hands‑on demonstrations, focusing on accuracy, safety, and professionalism. Guide students through practical labs, ensuring they meet certification standards. Grade assignments, monitor progress, and offer individualized support to ensure every student is exam‑ready. Model ethical and professional conduct, reinforcing the values needed in healthcare. Qualifications: Expertise in Certified Medical Assisting, Phlebotomy, and EKG. Prior teaching experience in the medical field is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are a plus.
