Compensation:

• Base Salary: $50,000 + Growth Incentives

• Paid Time Off

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily office operations and team coordination
• Drive accountability, follow-ups, and workflow completion
• Manage client, tenant, vendor, and owner communications
• Oversee contracts, lease compliance, and documentation
• Resolve operational issues and improve office systems
• Support leadership with reporting, planning, and team success

Qualifications:

• Office management or leadership experience in real estate preferred
• Knowledge of leases, contracts, compliance, and move processes
• Proficient with CRM platforms, EOS, and business technology
• Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
• Organized, proactive, and confident working with all personality types
