Registered Nurse - NOC Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients. The RN will work under the direction of a licensed physician and collaborate with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to provide individualized patient care. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of current nursing practices and will direct nursing support staff in providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions and implement appropriate care plans under physician direction.
• Evaluate and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Direct nursing support staff in delivering patient care as per nursing standards.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing practices and participate in professional development activities.

Schedule

This position requires 3 shifts per week from 19:00 to 07:30, totaling 36 hours per week.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a clinical specialty preferred.
• PA Registered Nurse License required.
• Basic Life Support Certification required.
• Multi-State Compact RN License required.
