Registered Nurse - Telemetry (Day Shift)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, 3x12-Hour (06:45 - 19:45). Every other weekend and holiday rotation required.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with telemetry monitoring experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients while maintaining compliance with care standards.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings to assess patient conditions.
• Administer medications and manage IV lines, including starting and maintaining IVs.
• Provide wound care and manage tracheostomy and feeding tubes as needed.
• Implement isolation precautions and maintain patient safety protocols.
• Document patient care accurately in the EPIC charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• 2 years of nursing experience with telemetry monitoring experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• RTO required upon submission.
