Qualifications Preferred candidates have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in coaching at the high school level/middle school level. Must complete and pass a full criminal background check. Must complete/meet all requirements of the employee hiring process. Compensation Compensation for these positions will be commensurate with the district’s salary schedule as per the NHEA Master Agreement Article 16.
