Recruiter High Volume Retail

Our client, a supermarket retailer, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting high-volume supermarket and retail store hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Retail Recruiter Bilingual Preferred Chinese/Spanish

Pay Rate: $40hr

Location: San Jose, CA 100% onsite

Contract Length: 2-3 months - possibly longer

What's the Job?

• Support high-volume recruitment efforts for supermarket retail and general store staff positions

• Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and store leadership

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting updates within internal systems

• Communicate with candidates regarding interview scheduling, onboarding steps, and hiring updates

• Assist with recruiting events, administrative tasks, and other hiring support activities as needed

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in high-volume retail or supermarket recruiting environments

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced setting

• Bilingual in English and Chinese and/or Spanish is highly preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems is a plus
