Leading the financial strategy for a private equity-owned company, the full-time Global VP of FP&A will manage global financial reporting, oversee budget development, and conduct detailed operational analysis, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead monthly and quarterly global financial reporting and analysis, presenting insights to executive management and the private equity firm Oversee the development and maintenance of the annual budget and rolling forecast models, ensuring alignment with operational and financial goals Conduct detailed analysis of operational drivers impacting company margins and provide actionable insights to leadership for business improvements Required qualifications Proven experience in financial planning and analysis at an executive level Strong background in budget development and financial forecasting Experience in presenting financial insights to senior leadership and boards Expertise in financial modeling and the use of business intelligence tools Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaborative environments
