Position Summary Mansion Flip Inc. is seeking a bilingual (Chinese) HR Coordinator for our Rosemead The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day human resources and administrative operations of Mansion Flip Inc. This position serves as a primary point of contact for employee-related matters and manages a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll administration, employee benefits, personnel records, immigration-related employment documentation, compliance, and employee relations. The role also supports general office administration and assists management in maintaining organized, compliant, and efficient business operations. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Administration Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files, employment records, and HR documentation. Prepare offer letters, employment verification letters, compensation change notices, disciplinary documentation, and other employment-related correspondence. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including required documentation, system setup, benefits information, and employment eligibility verification. Maintain and update company HR policies, procedures, employee forms, and internal documentation. Respond to employee questions regarding company policies, compensation, benefits, leave, payroll, and workplace procedures. Recruitment & Hiring Draft and post job descriptions and job advertisements. Screen applications, coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and assist management throughout the hiring process. Prepare employment offers and coordinate pre-employment and onboarding requirements. Maintain organized candidate and recruiting records. Payroll & Timekeeping Coordinate semi-monthly payroll processing through ADP Run. Review employee timesheets, attendance, leave, paid time off, and payroll changes for accuracy. Maintain records of compensation adjustments, deductions, reimbursements, and employee status changes. Benefits Administration Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement benefits, PTO, paid sick leave, and paid holidays. Coordinate employee enrollments, eligibility changes, and benefit-related documentation. Communicate benefit information and eligibility requirements to employees. Coordinate with insurance brokers, benefit providers, payroll vendors, and other external administrators as necessary. HR Compliance Support compliance with applicable federal and California employment laws and workplace requirements. Maintain required employment documentation, notices, personnel records, and payroll-related records. Coordinate employment eligibility verification and E-Verify procedures. Assist with workers’ compensation documentation, workplace incidents, leave administration, and other HR compliance matters. Monitor HR practices and recommend updates to management when policies or procedures require revision. Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, workplace concerns, and HR-related issues. Assist management with employee performance, attendance, workplace conduct, and disciplinary matters. Document employee relations matters and maintain appropriate confidential records. Support management in handling sensitive employee situations professionally and consistently. Office & Administrative Operations Support general office administration and day-to-day workplace needs. Maintain company administrative records, leases, insurance documents, licenses, and operational documentation. Coordinate office facilities, supplies, signage, access, and other workplace requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a must Experience supporting HR administration, recruiting, payroll, benefits, and employee records. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Experience with HRIS or payroll platforms such as ADP preferred. Familiarity with California employment practices and regulations preferred.
