Step into a rewarding role supporting students across PreK-8th grade and make a real impact as a School-based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)! This contract position offers the opportunity to work full-time, onsite, in an engaging and collaborative school environment near Somerton, AZ.

Your workday will total 37.5 hours each week, with responsibilities that include assisting speech-language pathologists in providing crucial interventions. You'll work hands-on—with teachers, staff, and families—to help students achieve their communication goals and thrive in their educational journeys.

Responsibilities:

• Support delivery of speech-language services under supervision of a licensed SLP
• Implement treatment plans with individual students and in groups
• Prepare educational materials and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams
• Adapt interventions to meet the needs of a dynamic PreK-8th grade caseload (assignment details to be determined)

Qualifications:

• Current Arizona SLPA license required
• Possession of an active IVP Fingerprint Card is mandatory
• Previous school-based experience as an SLPA is preferred
• Enthusiasm for working with children and adolescents in an educational setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
