Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions under their supervision

• Perform various physical therapy treatments, such as exercises, stretches, and modalities, as directed by the physical therapist

• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and treatment plans

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in physical therapy assistance or related field preferred

• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Pass a state-specific exam or certification process upon hire

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
