About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Finance to lead the financial operations of a dynamic and immersive hospitality business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements, month-end close processes, and sub-ledger reporting. This role requires the generation of data-driven financial insights, collaboration with executive leadership on cash flow planning, forecasting, and budgeting, and ensuring accurate financial reporting across all business units. The VP of Finance will also manage relationships with external partners and stay updated on industry trends to drive continuous improvement within the finance function. Essential qualifications for this role include a proven track record in senior finance leadership, the ability to deliver strategic financial recommendations, strong analytical skills, experience in building automated financial reporting systems, and a background in managing and developing a finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-entity retail, hospitality, F&B, CPG, restaurants, or a related field, and hold a certification in finance or accounting. A background in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is also a desirable attribute. The role demands exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative, data-driven, and customer-focused manner.
